1. A 35-year-old man is facing a charge of domestic violence/disorderly conduct for allegedly choking his wife during an argument in the 5400 block of South 113th Street at about 9 p.m. Dec. 14. The man left before police arrived and was ordered in to the district attorney’s office for charging.


2. One person was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital after a vehicle making a left turn on South 108th Street and West Copeland Avenue was struck by a vehicle on South 108th Street at about 4:20 p.m. Dec. 14. The driver of the turning vehicle was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making a left turn.


3. Two second-graders went missing from St. Mary Parish School, 9553 W. Edgerton Ave., at 11 a.m. Dec. 14. Police searched the area and found the boys on 92nd Street, just south of College Avenue, and they were taken back to school. According to police, the boys, ages 7 and 8, left the school because they wanted to go to one of their homes and play games.

4. Hales Corners police assisted the fire department with two rescue calls and one fire call between Dec. 12 and Dec. 18.
