1. One person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle pulled out into traffic on South 108th Street and West Kelm Road and was struck by another vehicle at about 2:55 p.m. Dec. 19. The driver of the vehicle that pulled out into traffic, an 89-year-old Hales Corners man, was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.


2. Officers responding to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 5500 block of South 92nd Street took an intoxicated 56-year-old Ohio woman into custody at about 5 p.m. Christmas Day. The woman, who was a family member, was apparently trying to enter the home against the residents’ wishes and would not leave the property. She was taken into custody for shouting profanities and arguing with police who were attempting to assist her. She was cited for disorderly conduct.

3. Hales Corners police assisted the fire department with four rescue calls between Dec. 19 and Dec. 25.
