Theft

1 A 2008 maroon Chevy Trailblazer 3S, valued at $24,000, was stolen out of the parking lot at Boucher Volkswagen, 6420 S. 108th St., between the afternoon of Jan. 26 and early morning Jan. 27. Due to the lack of broken glass and no drag marks, it is believed the vehicle was loaded onto a flatbed truck and taken out of the lot.

2 A Nintendo 3DS XL was stolen out of an employee’s locker at Baptista’s Bakery, 4625 W. Oakwood Park Drive, between 6 p.m. Jan. 26 and 6 a.m. Jan. 27.

3 A man entered the rear storage room at Kwik Trip, 10750 W. Speedway Drive, and stole $20 out of an employee’s wallet at about 3:50 a.m. Feb. 2. The suspect is described as a male wearing a tan jacket, black stocking hat and a backpack.

4 A woman reported her prescription medications, cash and bank card were stolen from her room at the Park Motel, 7273 S. 27th St., prior to 1 p.m. Feb. 3. Police are seeking the suspect, the woman’s 31-year-old son, for questioning.

5 A catalytic converter was stolen off a vehicle parked at Planet Fitness, 6529 S. 27th St., between 5:40 and 7:05 p.m. Feb. 5.

Drug possession

6 A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, underage drinking and bail jumping at Swiss Street Pub & Grill, 11430 W. Swiss St., at about 2 a.m. Jan. 31. An 18-year-old Franklin man was also cited for underage drinking and obstructing, and the bartender at the business was cited for selling alcohol to minors.

OWI

7 A 21-year-old Franklin man was taken into custody for second offense OWI (drugs) and possession of marijuana in the 11400 block of West Swiss Street at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 4. He was also taken into custody for carrying a concealed weapon after police found a .22-caliber handgun under his front seat.

Vandalism

8 The rear window was smashed on a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria in the 10500 block of West Robinwood Lane between 6:55 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. Jan. 31. Damage estimate is $288.
