Theft

1 Wood pallets were stolen at Bosch Tavern, 5871 S. 108th St., at about 10:50 a.m. Feb. 20. The suspect vehicle, a green GMC truck, was seen speeding out of the parking lot.

OWI

2 A 26-year-old Waukesha woman was taken into custody for second-offense OWI after her vehicle was seen driving west in the eastbound lanes in the 5100 block of South 108th Street at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 22. She was also cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving the wrong way on a divided highway. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.14.

Accidents

3 A 53-year-old Pewaukee man was taken to the hospital after he had to lay down his motorcycle to avoid colliding with a vehicle that was starting to make a left turn directly into his path in the 10700 block of West Grange Avenue at about 4:30 p.m. Feb. 22. The driver of the vehicle stopped just before making the turn, and was cited for driving an unregistered vehicle.

Other

4 Police went to the 5600 block of New Berlin Road after receiving several complaints about a man and a woman yelling and screaming inside an apartment at about noon Feb. 24. Police discovered there was only one man inside the apartment, who admitted he was yelling to himself because he was just given a 60-day notice to vacate. He was advised to keep the noise level down.
