1. A 65-inch Samsung TV and golf clubs were stolen out of an apartment in the 9700 block of West Forest Home Avenue between 1:15 and 4:15 p.m. March 6. The apartment was entered through an unlocked patio door.


2. About 30 rolls of Romex wire, valued at $1,850, and a brushless cordless drill set were stolen out of a locked plywood work van at Forest Ridge Senior Community, 11077 W. Forest Home Ave., between noon March 7 and 6:30 a.m. March 8.

3. Police received a report that a man shoplifted a total of about $1,919 worth of liquor during three separate incidents at Pick ’n Save, 5800 S. 108th St., at 1:55 p.m. March 8.


4. Police received a report that two males with a crossbow were reportedly seen in Whitnall Park, 5879 S. 92nd St., at 3:55 p.m. March 9. The two men shot and killed and deer and then loaded it into a pickup truck and drove off. Extra police patrols were requested in the area.

5. Hales Corners police assisted the fire department with two rescue calls and one fire call between March 6 and March 12.
