Theft

1 A 50-year-old Hales Corners man was cited for shoplifting two bottles of liquor and groceries at Pick ’n Save, 5800 S. 108th St., at 5:25 p.m. March 14.

2 Police responded to Pick ’n Save, 5800 S. 108th St., when an employee reported a man suspected of shoplifting over $2,500 worth of liquor was back inside the store selecting more liquor at about 8:35 p.m. March 16. Police took the suspect, a 38-year-old Hales Corners man, into custody for shoplifting. A 27-year-old West Allis woman who was with the suspect was cited for obstructing for lying to police.

3 A 20-year-old Hales Corners woman was taken into custody for domestic violence/battery for hitting and wrestling with her mother during an argument in the 11000 block of West Upham Avenue at 11:05 p.m. March 16. The woman also grabbed a knife during the fight but did not threaten her mother with it, according to police.

Vandalism

4 Air was let out of two tires on a vehicle that was parked at Borgwardt Funeral Home, 11030 W. Forest Home Ave., while the driver was attending a funeral service prior to 4:55 p.m. March 18.

Hales Corners police assisted the fire department with three rescue calls between March 13 and March 19.
