Theft

1 A $200 leaf blower, $600 worth of power tools and $90 was stolen from a home in the 5200 block of South 124th Street at 10:05 p.m. June 26. The items were allegedly stolen by the resident’s girlfriend while he was at work.

2 Locks were cut off two coin-operated vacuums at Forest Home BP, 9835 W. Forest Home Ave., at about 2:30 a.m. June 30. About $20 in quarters were stolen out of the machines.

3 A $150 Ikea floor lamp was stolen off a patio in the 10100 block of West Bunny Court prior to 5 p.m. July 4.

OWI

4 One person was taken to the hospital after a two-car collision on South 108th Street and West Forest Home Avenue at about 8:25 p.m. July 9. The collision occurred when a vehicle ran a red light. The driver of that vehicle, a 61-year-old Watertown man, was cited for OWI causing injury.

Accidents

5 One person was taken to the hospital for treatment of a shoulder injury after a tire fell off a truck and hit the side of a vehicle that was coming out of the Pick ’n Save parking lot on South 108th Street and West Janesville Road at 12:05 p.m. June 30. No citations were issued.

Vandalism

6 Police received a report that a picnic table was damaged and some bark was stripped off a tree at Elements Salon Suites, 9911 W. Forest Home Ave., at 11:30 a.m. July 9. Damage to the table and tree is estimated at $200.

Other

7 An intoxicated 21-year-old man at a house party in the 10400 block of West Forest Home Avenue was taken into custody for disorderly conduct for yelling and breaking items inside a residence, and for being uncooperative and belligerent with police at 3:15 a.m. June 29.
