As a part of the teen winter reading program, the Franklin Public Library is offering a create-your-own donut program at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the CreateSpace at the library, 9151 W Loomis Road.

All ingredients, toppings, and baking supplies will be provided for this free program, designed for teenagers in seventh through 12th grade. All participants need to bring is an appetite and creativity.
