The Lux Center in Franklin will host a public lecture called "Building Bridges through Interreligious Dialogue in our Multi-Faith World" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, at Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology, 7335 S. Highway 100.
Speakers, the Rev. John Crossin and Rabbi Yehiel Poupko, will explore the topic of "creating bonds instead of barriers between people of different faiths" in a discussion moderated by TV journalist Mark Siegrist.
Crossin is the former director of the Secretariat for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and Poupko is a Rabbinic Scholar at the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago.
