Oak Creek — A free tree pruning workshop will be offered by the city from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Feb. 11 at the Municipal Services Building, 800 W. Puetz Rd.
The pruning demonstration will be led by Mike Wendt, an award-winning arborist and instructor at MATC with 30 years of experience in the development of professional arborists, according to a posting on the city's website.
The workshop will consist of some classroom instruction on pruning assessment and techniques n as well as in-field demonstration – however, there will be no hands-on participation. The pruning site is yet to be determined but will be close by to the Municipal Services Building. Ear buds are provided and it's suggested those attending dress for the weather.

Visitors are instructed to park at the main entrance with overflow parking through a gate in a row along the east/right side of the building.
