OAK CREEK - Two vehicles left running were stolen within 20 minutes of each other on Feb. 2 according to a posting on the city's Facebook page.

Between 4:30 and 5:30 a.m. two vehicles were taken along Howell Avenue – one near Ryan Road and the other by Forest Hill. Both cars were running in residential driveways.

Oak Creek city ordinance 10.43 which prohibits leaving keys in an unattended vehicle.

"The first car that was taken was left running on the street of the second vehicle taken," the posting reads.

Two black males between 18-20 years old, between 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, both with thin builds, were seen in the area before the first theft wearing dark clothing. One had a blanket wrapped around him, the posting states.

There are no suspects currently in custody.
