The Cleveland Cavaliers' Kevin Love and the Golden State Warriors' Kevin Durant have been named NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played starting Monday, Nov. 21 through Sunday, Nov. 27.

Love, who helped the defending champion Cavaliers to a 3-0 week, led the East with 30.7 points and made 19 of his 29 three-point attempts (65.5%). The highlight of his week came during Wednesday's game against Portland, when he scored an NBA record 34 first-quarter points, the second-highest total in any quarter in league history behind Klay Thompson, who scored 37 in the third against the Sacramento Kings on Jan. 23, 2015.

Over in The Bay, Durant led the Warriors to a 4-0 week, extending their current winning streak to 11 games. He averaged 24.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.3 assists and made 50.0% of his three-point attempts. On the season, Durant is averaging 27.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.6 steals, and not only is his field goal percentage (57.4%) a career high, it ranks sixth in the NBA, behind five centers. He's No. 2 in our Week 4 NBA MVP race.

This is the third Player of the Week award for Love and the 25th for Durant.

Other players who received votes for Players of the Week were Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Anthony Davis, Carmelo Anthony, Kristaps Porzingis, Joel Embiid, Eric Bledsoe, Damian Lillard, DeMarcus Cousins and Kyle Lowry.
